Advantage Home Filters operates a US-based HVAC filter manufacturing facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. They make premium MERV 10 filters sold direct-to-consumer through Shopify — and sell commercial filters through their sister brand, Advantage Filter MFG.
The product is excellent. The supply chain works. The brand has years of history. But when the business transitioned to new ownership, it came without a marketing team, without analytics, and without any system to manage over 10,000 existing customers from the previous era.
Every marketing task was manual: emails written from scratch, revenue calculated by hand, the Google Ads account sitting idle. Discount codes had silently expired in live campaign emails, turning paying customers away at checkout. The most valuable asset — a database of 10,000+ real customers with real purchase history — was completely untouched.

We connected directly to Advantage's existing tools — Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads — and built an AI layer on top. No new platforms. No rip-and-replace. Just AI handling every task that didn't require a human decision.
First, we tackled the customer database. We imported, cleaned, and segmented 10,000+ customer records from the previous brand, cross-referencing with the new Shopify store to identify who had returned, who was lapsed, and who had never been contacted. We surfaced 275 high-value lapsed customers — some with $2,400+ in documented purchase history — each queued with a personalized email draft ready to send.
Then we built the campaign infrastructure: six behavioral segments (High-Value Repeat, VIP, Light Buyers, Win-Back, Loyal Lapsed, Never Purchased), each with AI-generated email content, optimized discount codes, and automated triggers. We also discovered four expired discount codes that were still live in active campaign emails — every click was sending customers to a broken checkout. All four were fixed immediately.
